Hey thank you, I just started wearing my Garmin watch again and forget how to navigate some controls it's 3:57am and dark and thanks to you I was able to turn on my gestures so I can see the watch display in the dark.

Thank you. I wonder if there is a solution also for the contrast when the light is off. My G-shock has an amazing contrast and I’m kind of suffering with the instinct. Any tips here?

Hello, unfortunately there is no adjustment for the contract on this watch. I have a Suunto Core watch with this feature where you can adjust the contract accordingly for your vision. I wish Garmin would incorporate this feature as well for the Instinct.

Hi!! How about the brightness that is on all the time. I find it a little hard to read. Like too dark. Is there a way to make it a litle more bright. Also, because I pretty much watch all your videos that so good, is there a way I can have the music control stay 'on'' when I use it, it disappears after a few seconds. Sometiimes, let's say when I work at home, I would like to have immediate access so I can change the songs I'm listening... Thanks !!

Make sure on your watch settings that (do not disturb) is turned off

I changed the setting according to your video but the backlight changes to increased brightness during the night as I selected but doesn't go back to 5% after sunrise as I wanted to I have to do that manually each day during use so it seems useless.

Hi The step meter on my instinct solar is missing, has been there, then woke up and gone. Also on the app, tge steps would count in real time, but when that disappeared from watch face, it just updates like the watch. Any suggestions

Damm another useful feature I didn't know it had, I have g shock rangeman 9400 which has the tilt option so I was wondering if Garmin had the same n ther it is a better version very helpful
