Hi buddy , does the Garmin GPS maps 8412 do the same as the 86 range? To connect the RA670 to my 8421 ,And use the wifi .?

84 and 86 are the same units; the difference is whether they come with maps pre-loaded. Anything that works on an 86xx works on an 84xx.

it’s fantastic that the 670 unit has DSP, it’s unfortunate that you’re so shallow minded in that you can only control DSP of your own products. Very rarely if ever does a boat come with factory installed fusion speakers and amplifiers. It would be great if you would open up the DSP to everybody else to be able to control it a little better with their factory installed systems like wetsounds, or JL audio. I’m not interested in completely rehabbing my entire system on my $500,000 boat just so I can utilize your DSP because I didn’t like the head unit that was installed on my boat previously. personally I have a factory installed wetsounds system with four amplifiers, and I had a piece of crap Polk audio head unit. I replace the head unit with a 670 and I love it, but I wish I had control over the DSP a little bit more.

stop whining. just add a external DSP and use the free program (REW) room EQ wizard to tune your $500,000 boat.
