Since this video is two years old you probably now know that the lines in the upper left of the main screen that you thought were the WiFi strength are actually the GPS connected to satellites strength indicator. Nice video, I just ordered a 396 after my Zumo Nav IV quit.

I'm getting to the point that I really need a dedicated GPS for my Himi. My cell phone is too much of a PITA when trying to plan routes. Looking at this or the Zumo XT 5.5." Hoping they go on sale soon though... Cheers! 🍻

Check out Itchy Boots channel, she had a newer Garmin. I think she talks about in the beginning of this current season in Africa 🇿🇦… 🏍😎👍

Hi. Good review. Have you tried custom routes (create on a PC and move to Garmin as .gpx file)? If so, does it takes more than 29 via points or dividing the route in 2 routes if more? Also, does it prompting you to go back to a missed via point, and if so, can you turn the prompting function off (not just clicking on "no" at prompt option)? Thanks.

FxRider, Thanks so much! I loaded one custom route, but never tried it yet, so I cannot tell you how well it works. Hopefully I will try it soon … Cheers!

How to you lock the Zumo to the bike, or can you lock the device to the bike?
@adventureswithfarmertroy2 жыл бұрын
It doesn’t lock on, but it pops off easily, so you can remove it when not in use. Thanks for watching!!
