Love to have the possibility to have the similar watch in a 42mm small package. Same features just 1.2“ Display and a smaller battery that is because of the size. Just the gray is a bit strange and the white is a bit to shiny for every day use

I’m surprise it can’t tell where the flag is? Is there a GPS watch that automatically know where the flag/pin is? Thanks Mark

Unfortunately not yet! It will point you towards to green using the GPS but can't locate the pin on its own

Slope data? How is this allowed? Not allowed on my Bushnell when playing competition. Can the slope data be switched off?

Yep, there's a competition mode you can turn on and off in the settings!

Does this track puts and aproach chips? Ive heard it doesn't which is stopping me from purchasing

It does, but these are the shorter shots that it can struggle to pick up automatically. Having said that, this is a fairly common thing across shot-tracking devices. You generally need to add a couple of putts and chips after your round, so I wouldn't say it was any worse in this department than other options.

I would love one, but a bit out of my price range and I'm a terrible player. I hope those that can afford one, enjoy it. I am so bad at golf I'm fairly sure it would explode with frustration if I put it on. I enjoyed the video though.😁

Yeah I was interested in getting one ... until I saw the price tag. I'll stick with the trusty old G80.

The Garmin S70 is a nice golf watch but there isn’t anything special about it. It has a lot of wow features but after several rounds of use, I don’t use any of the features other than distance to hazards and the green. The virtual caddie is a complete joke and the wind adjustment is questionable at best. It’s hard to recommend this golf watch to anyone at its current price point. Garmin should include the green contour feature that currently has an annual fee of $100 which is not worth it. The green contour feature should be included with the watch or $25 annually.
