Kevin…have you tested the transmitter in warm water? With the sonar feature, I’m trying to figure out how loud the beeping is. Other reviewers diving in cold water, while wearing a hood, don’t seem to hear the sonar sound, but I can’t find anyone who is discussing the loudness while diving sans hood.

Is a noticeable sound. I have the transmitter and dive in the Caribbean. There is a soft clicking sound from the sonar tech. My main concern is that there is disconnection from the transmitter and the watch. I want to attach the small host to it.
