Agreed, it bothers me but I prefer the smaller size, lower weight, and no ridges so I had to go with the smaller one.

I believe the "S" makes more sense coming from the Pixel watch because you are more likely to notice the size of the regular Venu 3 in a negative way.

I noticed from having an earlier s variant garmin they feel thicker and don’t really sit well even on a small wrist like mine. I went back to Apple Watch but tried this venu 3 at a sports store. Definitely going to buy this venue 3. The only thing i would say google has is temperature tracking for sleep. Apple only has this feature for women’s period tracking 😢 Hold this L apple
