Lifelong runner who uses Garmin Forerunner for running and owned Fitbit Versa/2 in 2019/20 for casual wear/steps. Switched to Venu SQ for casual/steps. Now SQ 2 and get 10-11 days battery life. Totally happy with VSQ2.

I have not observed such a feature, there are simply reminders to do physical activity, perhaps in the form of morning exercises.
