@@OldManonaBike-jg3ej I've been looking at this topic for a while now and this solution is really smart. How did you glue the locking piece of plastic to the OEM support? It seems to me if I just use regular super glue the contact patch wont be strong enough to hold the thing in place.

I also came up with a fix on the connectivity problems with the TFT, Nav to helmet issues. It was simple as well. It’s on my channel.

The only alternative I would appreciate is one that will work with my multi controller. Don't have the TFT, so if the XT will not communicate with the controller, you are stuck with a dead plastic wheel. If anything happens to my Nav 5, I will switch to the bmw connected cradle or the more expensive connected navigator.

Hi Dave, its just a spare Ram mount i haven't decided to use as another gopro or phone mount yet ? Its still got the garmin plate on, the Ram mount are very good & versatile 👌 www.ram-mount.co.uk/ #rammount
