The developer (product that you mix the hair dye tube with) does the lightening job here :) I didn’t use ultra blonde, i picked a darker shade, left it on for around 40mins and it pretty much lifted my hair 2-3 shades. I’d recommend leaving it on for one hour :)

GARNIER NUTRISSE ULTRA BLONDE 100 - it makes ur hair only 4.5 levels brighter so with asian black hair u need to use another product ;) or just this but a lot of times
