I started watching Garo because of you. I had seen the anime previously but never had a desire to watch the live show until I saw your review. I personally would love to see you do more up to date Garo reviews as opposed to just Halloween ones.

Currently, the series seems to be very new comer friendly but i encourage to look into Goldstorm, as you still get to see the journey of Ryuga. The Garo suit here is probably the same suit used in the Garo Goldstorm Movie/Series or a new one but using the same design. Based on Ryuga's character currently, Wataru(Ryuga's actor is finally able to live his dream of acting like Kouga) . PS: i'm triggered by the way you pronounced Ryuga Dogai's name

I recently got interested in tokusatsu, and came across your channel. Binged a couple videos, mostly the Garo ones, and YT recommended me this episode out of the blue. Ngl I was shocked, I didn't expect the full first episode to be on KZbin, let alone with english subtitles. Your videos helped get me familiar with the terminology and aspects of Garo so I wasn't confused when watching, and as someone who never seen the series unitl now I thought it was pretty fun.

I'd say to at least just watch it for yourself so you can be up to date. Whether that means holding off the actual videos until Halloween or breaking from it, that's up to you! ☺

Unfortunately my professional life is about 65 hours a week so it’s hard to keep up and have notes/opinions formed later on for the videos. I do typically watch the garo stuff in August/september to I can make room in October for videos.

Garo Gold Storm is rather worth it, I'd say go for it and it might be worth it for any relevant piece of story/recurring characters besides Ryuga possibly.

Yes stop watching Garo only on Halloween, it deserves more attention and recognition than that. You should catch up and support the it by watching the new series live on the Garo KZbin channel where it has official subtitles. Doing it any other way would be a disservice to Garo

Am not gonna lie I did not like his first season to much. The CG only armor was a big turn off but I kept watching. His 2nd season was great and so was the movie. Plus Kiba just proved that everything really is Decades falt.

@@TheHighsea after watching it I felt like it lacked a bit in terms of the plot, the characters. It had less going on compared to the previous seasons.
