Been enjoying the pods and you will only keep getting better and better. One thing I’d personally like to see is the conversation extending a little bit longer. Like expanding on the answers the guest gives and not jumping straight into another question. That kinda thing will definitely come with time and I’d suggest watching some of the bigger podcast out right now and listening how they go about it. Keep it up!

Garrett is so right about skaters not liking KZbinrs back then. I remember all the shade Steve Berra would throw at the KZbin skaters and was surprised when couple of them declined his batb invite haha

Respect that he keeps it humble and real and says he was blessed to be able to afford such a nice beach house and get super low rent and have family support so he could create. Unlike MANY youtubers who have even larger parental help and funding who try to flex like they did it all on their own. Also at the same time a lot of ppl get hate "oh its Mommy and Daddys Money"...A. Thats not someone's fault if their parents have paper and want to help their kids out, and B. 99.99% of all ppl will take parental or familial help if it's offered or if they need it. It's not so bad ppl with seed money, but it shouldn't take away from the work one puts in including Garrett to create good content. You can have all the money u want and it can still be hard to create consistently entertaining content and it still takes work. The lame creators who just flex wealth or fake wealth are the real wack ones. Keep up the Good work both or y'all!💯💪🏼

I haven’t skated in 20 years so I’ve been so far removed from the skate world and gatekeeping that exists… trust me when I say all that stuff is bollocks! Fine young man and I bet his parents are proud of the man he is! 👊 surround yourself with good people and don’t listen to the nonsense! I don’t take Criticism well… got my first negative comment on my KZbin and It ruined my week. Genuinely lost the drive to go skate. Most the people I know and skate with pretend they don’t watch or see my KZbin and I find it odd from grown men to not support someone trying to do something! Can’t work out if it’s hate or jealousy! Luckily I’m old enough to get over it and keep doing my thing. Now I’ve got a following and sponsors suddenly people are like oh you do KZbin… it’s very strange. Now I don’t try to involve other people unless they’re genuinely down to earth and nice. Even my missus won’t watch my videos and I find it mental. Like if the person I loved went out there way to try something hard, film and edit it yourself and then get nothing back from the people close… kills your soul! Long story short people are rude man. The people that praise you and support you are the ones you need to keep close! I’ll get someone come upto me at the park and say how good my last video was and the people I skate with say anything 😂 having a KZbin channel is a great way to find out who genuinely likes you lol

This works having Ginner on, you have a series about tricks being better than in video games and when Garrett isnt out skating his channel sees him gaming quite a bit. Watching his channel I saw XL and Session descenders and I think BMX pipe and got more into gaming watching his channel. It would be dope if a few of the skate tubers ended up in the new skate game.
