it's pretty obvious gary's voice is in tip top shape. he hits his notes well, very well and the song suits him. back in the 90s i heard and watched this performance fr cable and was highly amazed and instantly got great respect for gary bec of his beautiful voice / talent considering boy bands sometimes can be tagged as good looks w/ several singing talents. kudos gary. love ur performance here and your voice is gold.

No one has the right to look down on anyone, and I dont think gary is doing this (Gary has been misunderstood in the past, as his personality is a bit wooden at times) but I totally agree with your comments on gary having a superior vocal talent. Awesome!

This was in an age before autotune hardware digital vocoders came into being. Autotune came in 1998-199 and thats why we have Kid Rock and all those singing now. Garry Barlow is very good here top marks.

Thanks!.. I think you can't compare him 'cause both have personal voices and styles but they sound good together; and I also think that Ronan's singing now is better that at the time of this concert so people should have that in mind.. :)

Gary Barlow's voice is really angelic and flawless..actually Ronan Keating is a great singer too.. I don't think Ronan has a weaker voice or whatsoever, just the song doesn't suit him.if you watch his own concerts, he can really sing!

I am a major Take That fan, but I actually prefer Ronan Keating's voice over Gary's. Ronan has one of the best/strongest voices I have ever heard! :)

I think as far as vocals are concerned Gary has a right to look down on Ronan. Have you listened to this, really listened to it. Gary's vocal is flawless and Ronan's is embarrassing. Ronan may be more famous but he is not even in the same league as Gary when it comes to vocal talent.

Hm...Gary's words about Ronan sounds nice but his facial expressions are a bit arrogant, I suppose. Can feel that Gary looked down on Ronan. That's what I think. Ronan was so thin at that time. He looks much better now. And did u guys notice that the subtitle put Ronan's name Ronan Kitty instead of Keating? What an awful mistake!
