Anyone else keep on coming back to this video? For 2 years now, been watching this performance and it still send shivers down my spine. It is probably the greatest factor of my motivation of getting way better on guitar. His meandering or improvisation alone is fucking amazing. Glad that there's people like this are still out there in this day of age.

Found this years ago, I still listen to it from time to time. There's so much soul in this song and it's written by a guy who is considered a crossroad blues guitarist. It's amazing honestly. I wished he did more tracks like this in Blak and Blu.

Album probably wouldn't sell as good if he did. Record company wants more of a commercial sound and something "new". I love this song and it gives me chills, but it's nothing new in their eyes, so they wouldn't risk making a full album with songs like this im sure. Wish they would though because i'd listen to him a lot more

playing the blues aint about technique,its about feeling.that's why they call it the blues.Gary feels it.It's all that matters in a blues guitarist.You can have someone shred on a 12 bar blues,if theres no feeling to it,it aint the blues and the guitar player aint a blues player.Just a good guitarist who can fool people

I went to a lil concert here in Louisville Ky at Headliners, the Band was Leon Russell, but Gary Clark Jr. was the "opening" or "headliner". As soon as Gary started this song, I immediately started recording him. I immediately loved this song before he started singing it. I knew he was gonna go places, and look at him now. disagree whole heartedly... his voice sounds much better on that one and the band is so much tighter on the other... when he starts his solo theres something off with the levels of the stage equipment....excellent version but the album version is far better for me
