It was tough in the mid to late 70s when Yankee fans had everything to root for. Then again in the 90s and aughts. But with Steve c as owner I think this is awhole inew situation. We can go out and get Soto this off season whereas in yrs past there'd be zero chance and we'd pick up someone like Mark canha or conforto, guys who are decent but not anywhere near the talent of a Soto and management would look to fan base and go, there ya go how's that? And we'd hope and then get hopes dashed in August. It's a new day with Stevie c.
