@@BillAllanWorld Mentions Gord the Rogue -- so probably New Infinities time (maybe slightly after), post TSR -- late 1980s or possibly early 1990s. Educated guess.

The original sound was even worse. I tried applying a noise reduction filter to eliminate background noise, but it's not perfect.
