I bought his CDs . I have learned so much from him. All you need is a partner to play around with technique and training move. Eventually you get good. In real life situation you don't have time like in a sports ring. The faster the better. Attack happens in second. Only a few second to kill you from a attack. Gary Lam Wing Chin is for that. Steal time to get away from attackers and run if you can . If you already knock them out then no need to worry.
