@@Sassari2930technically it depends on which persons point of view you are referring to. Perhaps technically the Welsh are the only true British people, as many still speak the only truly British language. Ireland isnt British unless you must include the English occupied northern territories. Scotland was only British speaking south of the Tweed and Clyde. the English language is Germanic not British. So the English aren't really British either

This is great! Moore's approach is so far removed from Clapton's that it gives Bruce and Baker a whole new beast to work with. And they're all over it. It's a fantastic way to breathe life into old music.

The ancient Greeks created a whole 'religion' or mythology in an attempt to understand and explain... the Godlike qualities of outstanding individuals and the sadness linked to their passing. I like to think they are somewhere out there on Olympus, united once more, healthy, in their prime, and playing away.

Guest appearances by vocalist Pete Brown (who recently passed away and wrote most of the lyrics for Cream/Jack Bruce); Bernie Worrell on keyboards (who became famous as "P-Funkateer") and on the last song Simon Phillips plays drums. He's the only musician at this concert who's still with us, today.

All three are now... ghosts. Gary Moore's playing is far more 'muscular' and robust, than Clapton's style. Moore plays so many notes. This kind of shows the differences between these two outstanding players. Moore has a thicker tone too, compared to Clapton, who's playing seems to almost float above the tunes on another level.
@barrybrevik9178 Жыл бұрын
There is such a thing as too many notes. I feel that Clapton hit the perfect balance between intense and articulate when he was in Cream.
@michaelk5507 Жыл бұрын
I think, the spaces between the notes are just as important, perhaps even more important, than the notes one plays; I think Clapton, at his best, understands this.@@barrybrevik9178
