Great interview... There was a quantum leap between the production values of Jagged and Splinter. I was astonished when I first listened to Splinter. For me, that was the album where I thought he's well and truly back on track...Something shifted massively between those two albums..

“When that kick comes in……almost tribalistic” Ade, an hour that will live with me as long as I will live……circa 2002/3/4 you closed atomic jam 5-6am, Q club. Mr Sliff, Jelly tracks. The energy in that room, I have never experienced again. Truly truly incredible. 🤙

Lovely studio... Can't wait to see the proper tour. Spot the Arturia PolyBrute, Sherman Filter bank, Analogue Solutions Vostok, Doepfer Dark Energy, Arturia DrumBrute, Access Virus Ti... Where were the questions about which specific synths, effects and actual production of the latest songs? Hopefully more in depth to come!

Completely agree about the density of Jagged. A small misstep on the otherwise consistent upward trajectory from Sacrifice onwards. Now, how about that new version of A Subway Called You?

Loved this! It's always nice as a producer and musician to see what the pros do! Congrats to them both on the album. Some of it sounds like cinematic cyberpunk music! I've been playing Call of Duty all during lockdown with my mates, and some of the music in that has a similar sound with the big "hip hoppy" bass production and rock tops! It's nowhere near as good as this, but it just had a little feel like this to me. Congrats on the interview! I look forward to their next projects!

He mentioned how Intruder has a ton of bottom end on it, like hip-hop. Is anyone is interested, there's a great music producer that does hip-hop\electronic music names Esoteric. He has an album called Esoteric VS Gary Numan. It is all hip-hop style music with heavily sampled Gary Numan songs. It also uses a ton of samples of things like PSAs from the 1950s and that sort of thing. Great stuff.

Peoplewho can program drums so that people ask who is the drummer have really done a great job. I do know that one of the NIN tracks got this question again and again, and Trent replayed just pplaying with the Akai sampler...
