"I taste the sauce, its too sweet and i have no choice but to plate it up .." i mean THis right here, is the reason this guy and people like him will never in a million years become proper chefs, not to mention fine dining or Michelin star chefs ... You create the time needed for the dish to be perfect so if your out of time then you gonna take the time to sort out the sauce. better late served then bad food on time ....
