My dad had that album in the 70s and played it a lot at Christmastime. I loved all the songs on it... one of my favorite childhood memories!

Didn’t Herb Albert and the Tijuana brass band session for other L.A. bands like Love with Arthur Lee, and many others.

The original musicians on the first few albums were from The Wrecking Crew, the famous collection of LA studio musicians. Once popularity of the TJB demanded public appearances, Alpert assembled a band for the remainder of the 60's. The TJB band members may have participated in other sessions after that, so it's possible, but they're not to be confused with The Wrecking Crew, who were completely separate.
