Kudos, Gary, for sticking with your good old low-Bb horn as opposed to the advantages of a modern low-A bari. Looks like a vintage American King or Conn, maybe from the early 60’s? Beautiful, resonating music doesn’t always need to come from a $10,000 techno-wonder horn to truly touch the soul. From an old-timer fellow sax guy. 😊🎷

An old Conn horn. Clunky, high-effort, ergonomically poor action, but a great sound. I wouldn't be surprised if Gary could crack walnuts with his left-hand pinky, from all the strength it needs to have.
