Another great video, I need to watch it again, I was doing insurances about 3 years but I never had good results, I was doing that part time for 2 years and 1 year full time. I never had anyone to lead me as my manager was a DH. Your videos make me rethink my way of working and instantly brings ideas so I can't even focus on watching, Thanks Gary, I can "feel" your passion watching your videos I think that sentence sums up how valuable are your videos.

I guessed abc as attitude, behaviour and consistency. 2/3 aint bad 😂. Great tips, the one about staying quiet is brilliant. I think it does come down to being brave enough to ask the difficult questions. By brave I mean some people feel uncomfortable asking that, so it's a mindset thing I guess. Thank you for the valuable tips.

Absolutely it is a mindset and like everything, it comes with practice and repetition. The more you try the better you get. Some statements work better with other clients!!
