Gary, I can feel what you are saying through this video is pure "Gold". People may not realise this but what you said in this 22 minutes of video has saved us from going through the 17yrs that you spent to get this Golden knowledge. A true big thanks from me. I know my wife is going to be a super lady to carry out her mortgage broker job, and was tempting to get myself into Mortgage Broker too, but I can see that It will be the best if I work on the overall bigger picture to take her business to the highest level instead. We are in Winchester, and were thinking to move to Manchester or Leeds in future but now I realise that it's best to move and work in London for high networth deals and make maximum money. Thanks again Gary, your videos are really helping us a lot.

Amazing insight ! when previous self employed broker I had a pa as i used to feel bogged down by admin and it created so much time for me to write more business i am starting out again and really take on board what you are saying about a third wheel marketing ! and a fourth accounting !

Hey Matt, it could be, depends on how much search there is in your local area! I have heard a million times "ill get you to page 1" - no offence to your mate, but I'm sceptical. Visit local estate agents or brokers. I managed to get an opportunity in a local brokerage to work as a mortgage admin for a few weeks to get a feel to how it all works then the principal might decide if I'm able to get trained into a advisor. Just walked in, got the principles card and called him and got interviewed and called the next day for the opportunity. I would say good to get some knowledge in this business. This is all new to me having moving from my science background due to very little job opportunities to get my foot in the career I wanted. It'll give you some idea how it all runs, if something might be needed in the brokerage
