I bought the album back in the days. Unmatched groove. Blistering (melodic) big band rock. His best album for me. Still on the playlist today :). Great voice. Should have catapulted him to "stardom" outside Canada.

So true Erik. Was very fortunate to see him in concert bringing in 2020 last night. Awesome concert. What a voice and talented musician. An extrodinary performer and stage presence. Also, of course great band. Had a great time bringing in the New Year.

The first time I heard of Colin James was in a interview he did with Guitar 🎸 Player magazine and they named him the greatest unknown guitarist and featured him on the cover. I think it was back in 91. I was touring across Canada 🇨🇦 at the time. I think Sudden Stop had come out and he’d picked up a Juno for it.
