Dunno some labels can sign artists because they have the weight of themselves and what they bring to the table to sign because a track is amazing and not have to worry about the artists socials, but yes i agree the artist / DJ / Music producer should be in control of their own audience. The signing of a track should be a collaboration between the artist and the label and combination of those two audiences to get the most of out a record.

Fear often leads many individuals to be indecisive. We become accustomed to the security of a regular paycheck from our employers, even if we dislike our jobs. I can relate to this because I've been in that situation before. It wasn't until I grew weary of the constant dissatisfaction and frustration that I decided to start my own business. It's not a simple journey, but it's a fulfilling and rewarding one.

One of the most compelling reasons that I listen to Gary Vee is how he keeps it real. He just makes things clear and understandable because he knows what he's talking about from personal experience, not just rambling some general, motherhood statements that make sense. That's why he has empathy, because he knows. Such an icon and inspiration, not just for entrepreneurs, but for everyone else whatever line of work they are in.

Gary you may or may not be aware but you encompass a lot of different spirituality aspects to your content for your viewers. It’s such a refreshing take on entrepreneurship because so many people want to be entrepreneur to make money. People should instead want to be an entrepreneur to be their own boss, assuming that they want to truly be their own boss. They should be an entrepreneur to do a job that allows them time and flexibility to enjoy life outside of the Work if they so choose. They should be able to make endless amounts of money for activities that they enjoy. This large push in getting people to embrace social media has greatly help with all of that. In addition to that, Your Consistent. Reminder with patience, self-love, and truly doing what you want to do is one of my favorite reasons I follow you. Your V, friends line, which I’m sure you’re well aware, is literally programming children from an extremely young age what a truly matters to be a human being. And with the amount of reach you have, that is very exciting to me and whoever in the world is ready to hear.
