Thanks to Gary, I’ve learned to embrace failure and setbacks. Losing teaches you to be stronger and to find a solution that works. When I started my KZbin channel, I found a way to make quality content AFTER making really bad videos. I love being an underdog in the KZbin realm and am striving to grow in 2020!!

When little I would watch my father draw and paint and say when I grow up I want to be an artist. Everyone kept telling me you can't do that. You are a girl. Artist make no money. I still experimented drawing and painting as I grew up. Then after getting married at 21 I had my first child. He came down with a rare heart disease from contaminated water, a flood we were in. Losing everything, home, business and now sick child. I started selling small items to bring in money like painting canvas, wine jugs and saw blades. So I could take care of my child when he needed me the most, making my own hours. A trained artist, a lady seen my work and said, I need another talented artist to keep up with my business. Meet me at my studio and lets see what you can do. Thirty years later I'm an artist/muralist/faux finisher. I made enough to support my family, and met so many wonderful people from all over. The places I've been were incredible. Clients often spoiling me, giving me so much more than I asked for. So when others say you can't do something because it's not logical or feasible, don't listen. Just keep working to reach your dream. I am so grateful for what I've achieved. It was not easy! I worked hard making many sacrifices and learned from mistakes to be even better. And it's also never too late to start something new. I am on another adventure now as I'm getting older. Still to do with art. But this is even bigger than I ever dreamed and I'm going to make it happen! Thank you for reading and goodluck.

I've migrated from Argentina to Spain three monts ago, I rent a cheap room, work part-time giving math lessons and on a cafeteria on weeknds. The rest of my hours I work on my own online electronics course, and my tiktok/instagram/youtube vlog (already 98 episodes uploaded)/facebook/linkeding/(soon also podcast) channels (I save myself some time to rest and talk to family too 😂). The biggest mistake I see people making is failing to get started. It's easy to be a perfectionist and always find a reason to wait. Once you have started, you have the opportunity to learn from your mistakes and just course. Learning on the job is very effective. I intended to start my KZbin channel a few years ago, but I didn't get round to it until recently. Just go for it. Don't procrastinate.
