Gas Gas Wild 300 is The Ultimate BANSHEE Eater! Or Maybe Not

Is the Gas Gas Wild 300 Faster than a Yamaha Banshee 350? What do you guys think?
After Pushing the Limits on both Quads I still can't decide. The Gasgas has a more usable Powerband, so it's easier to Ride. Meanwhile the YFZ350 is almost Uncontrollable when the powerband kicks in. That being said, the Banshee seems to push a little harder, gain speed Faster and boy that 350 Twin Sounds Insane with Toomey T5's Pipes.
I love both of these ATV anyway, can't Beat 2 Strokes!

Never disappointing, full throttle for sure keep it up! Rode many of banshee back in the day, but that gas gas sure does look like a fun time !

Yeah it is fun! At least more fun than the Warrior :) However if you are used to banshees this one may disappoint you, unless you ride motocross or GNCC.

When the video is too short I always add some old footage just to gain extra seconds lol. It's curious how 2 hours of riding and filming ends up with only 40 seconds of video once edited. Thanks for your comment and support as always :)

Also i bet the gas gas handles better all around because of its wide platform. Tbh though i would probably go banshee lol

It does. Those Ohlins shocks and wide axle and a-arms are the dream. It's also lighter because it has aluminium frame and smaller engine. The steering is pure sh*t though haha

Yes, frame is bent and the quad can't ride straight. I still can ride offroad but I'm planning on selling parts separately.

This is just my opinion but these GasGas 300's are built better for what there supposed to be for trails not drag racing. So in saying that they are better than a Banshee.

I couldn't agree more. Actually that's what I've been realizing during this 2021 while test riding them. The Banshee can be modded and become a straight line monster... in such way that the GasGas could never imagine. But on the trails is the absolute opposite. Good point

It's really sad to hear of all these Gas Gas Wild 300 owners who are too afraid to really send their quads like this guy dose because if they wreck it, they'll never find the parts for it. This quad is something out of a dream. A relic of the times where sport quads thrived and had more serious balls. The most powerful quad on the market today, which is the Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP would even struggle with this dragon on wheels.

@@Farids-Arschloch That's a tough one to answer! If it's only for street riding I would get the blaster. With the gasgas you can end up with the quad sitting on the garage for ages while looking for used parts. There are more spare parts for the Blaster. It's not as fast, but it has less maintenance since it's air cooled. If you are thinking of doing drag races or something like that, then get the gasgas. 5k is way too much though.

The gasgas Wild was only sold for a couple years, it's not easy to find one anywhere. Most of them are in Europe. That being said, I don't recommend getting one of those. It's impossible to find spare parts. That's why I sold it.

The banshee has more power yeah. But Stock vs stock I'm not that sure. OEM pipes are very restrictive

Depends. In motocross gas gas all fuckin day lol, but riding in the dunes or just taking a rip round the yard or road, Banshee all day.

+1. The gasgas gets boring after a while because the power is so linear that it seems like a 4 stroke. As you said it's effective on MX tracks but not as fun as the yamaha.

In the trails no way bud. My 250r would smoke a banshee in the trails. This new gas gas 300 would deff put up a fight. I'm looking for a gas gas 300 right now and cant find one for sale

Extremely hard! That's why I sold mine. For the engine you can still find something, because the ec300 enduro bike has the same engine. But for the frame... there's nothing :(
