Just a tip for gas cans, we also use a heavy duty plastic bag such as a 40 lb pellet sack, and we put our gas can in the bag before we strap it to the tunnel, that way the gas can stays clean and snow doesn't fall into your tank while you're putting in gas.

I would use the quick bolt on both sides because I like to session without the can & wouldn't like to mess with unstrapping.
