Glad you finally did a LOVE'S ❤. Most locations are really good and really quiet. Husband and I took a 45 day road tripping adventure several years back and the LOVE'S ❤ truck stops were our preferred places to overnight. We actually met several International Tourists who rented RVs here in the 🇺🇸 USA to road trip and for sight-seeing the difference regions of the country. The quality of their Gasoline and Diesel is a good grade everytime too. Big truckers don't mess around with inferior grade fuels so we oftentimes fillup there even if not traveling over distance. IT'S A GOOD 👍 THING 🎉.

I've seen the potato chip into mash potato before but using sour cream and onion chips which adds a punch in flavor. I know you can't do dairy but if you ever get to make it with vegan sour cream and onion chips def try it.

Sup Becca, you need a food processor for camper, true chips, instant mashed potatoes are potatoes lol, I think instant mashed potatoes 100%, are greatest gift on earth lol. Used on food trucks.. learned in restaurant.. but 👍, crispy hotdogs👍, props making a dish instead just buy subway! Skye looks great. Station didn't have sausages or anything going on rollers😰? Even speedway ect here at home ri, was only thing missed pandemic, I'm guilty everytime stopped grabbed a gig or sausage, but Thier back lol, and I can't drive🤷. Great place to camp. Tyvm tc 🎣

I always thought it would be kind of relaxing to be in a storm vanlifing. Especially if you are out in the middle of nowhere, you have a starlink and power isn't really an issue (maybe 1 day of a good storm followed by sunlight the next to charge up your solar batteries) Everyone loves a lazy day but vanlifers probably way less but that's why I'd bring starlink and all the toys. Personally I think it'd be dope to pack up enough supplies for like 2 weeks and just be totally in the middle of nowhere. That idea always intrigued me because I work remotely, like technically I could be in the middle of alaska and get everything I need done, so long as I packed enough supplies. I think for me the problem would be I grow out of it, sell it all, buy a place, and just do like random weekend warrior trips. I just got an E-bike that is super long range and also foldable, so I'll be doing some exploring.

Just spent the last four days getting rained on and the day we left the campsite it was nice and sunny. The good part is that my tent was completely waterproof. The bad part is that I didn't do any fishing. My friends kids both had COVID so he couldn't get anyone to setup his camper because he paid some of his kids truck in return for him bringing up his trailer and taking it back on every trip. Next week he gets to drive three hours each way to bring his dad's trailer up but 10k invested in his pickup truck is worth it to him.

lazy tip for the mash. crush them in the bag first, then pour hot water. just until they submerged. close the bag. wait a few seconds, minutes... then massage the bag to further mash it up. then serve. or just eat from the bag if you're extra lazy. no utensil to wash~~ you can do the same with ramen too. break them a little in the bag then pour hot water, close the bag and let sit for a few minutes. then pour all your sauces and mix. add water if you like it soupy. if you want to add vegetables like broccoli and not have them raw, add into the bag from the start, then hot water. let them "cook" with the ramen.
