Let me tell you a little story about Fayards in OS: During Hurricane Katrina, I was a shift Captain with the Jackson County Sheriff's Department and was assigned to the Substation across the street. Knowing they would lose power and therefore, lose all of their cold meats, they donated all of those meats to us to keep us going. We had generator power and were able to cook those donated meats for several days to keep us going. On a personal note, I had to carry my two dogs in the back seat of my patrol car for several days because my house was severely damaged. Fayards also donated a bunch of Vienna Sausages in cans, which strangely enough, no one wanted to eat (LOL). My dogs and I lived off of theoe for a few days until I could find them more suitable feed. I will never forget their generosity and their support of their community!

What a fun video Rus! You and Brian were awesome! Quite different than the typical cooking videos....and I really enjoyed this! Rose’s BBQ and sells Gas in Hattiesburg right off Highway 49 is off the chain! Best Brisket Sandwiches I’ve ever consumed! It’s so hard to make comparisons because they’re all good!
