38 min. Spent 36 min, then peeked at this video and realized I'd completely failed to notice there was a negative constraint.

Either you get negative constraints, or you don't. Last night, I didn't. Got up this morning, picked it up, and went "oh, right, there can't be a 2 next to the 7" and finished the rest.

I got it in 15:32, although I had to do a lot of usual brute-forcing of things and I never quite figured out a faster way to see certain things. I suspected the negative constraint would come up somewhere but I never saw anywhere that it'd have made a difference. I also ended up having to rely on uniqueness to avoid deadly patterns which is usually a sign that I did things the long way around.

Really liked this puzzle. Totally missed the negative constraint until I looked to see if I missed a rule and got ~22 minutes. I played a second time to see if the solve path was different with knowing the negative constraint up front. It was different and a lot of fun. 9:55 the second go (albeit that's a bit cheating).
