GASGAS WILD 300 2 Stroke - FEEL THE SPEED! GoPro Hero 8 Chesty

Road Ride on the 2 Stroke Gas Gas Wild 300 ATV. Sorry for the bad camera angle, the handlebar is mounted too high, but at least you can feel the Speed.
Riding on the same road I filmed the Yamaha Banshee 350 video ( • YAMAHA BANSHEE 350 FUL... ), and I can tell the Gas Gas is way faster believe me or not!
This Quad has Ohlins shocks, wide a-arms and brembo brakes, maybe that helps, but the engine is almost stock, it just has an S3 Cylinder head, meanwhile the Banshee has Toomey T5 exhaust, 4 mil stroker, boost bootle and k&n air filter.

Hi, is your steering on the Gasgas also stiffer as on other quads? my gasgas steering is much stiffer than my friends Warrior, even when the wheels are in the air.

The gasgas is based on the trx250r. It's not as good as the honda but it does the job! :) Thanks for your comment

@@maranelloo18 ya thats what I have heard. I've got a beat down stock rear shock and some axis stage 2's upfront that have to get rebuilt but hopefully I'll be on the track with it again this year. Im a keep my eye out for one of those gasgas's tho. That thing is beautiful.

Which one rides better and faster banshee or gas. That gas is sick almost like on rails so smooth and comes back 🤘

The gasgas definitely handles better. I mean WAY better. And the engine powerband is smoother and easier to control. All of that makes this quad boring compared to the banshee, but if you wanna go fast the gasgas is the one. Thank you again :)

I hope you find one if that's really what you want. I wouldn't recommend it though, unless you are a mechanic yourself. I enjoyed mine but getting spare parts was a nightmare.

@@maranelloo18 Hey Maranello18, after watching so many videos of people riding them (especially this video) I really wanted to put my hands on one. I’m not a pro but I do work on my bikes. I know parts are rare but every now and then you might find something on marketplace or even eBay in Europe from what I see. We’ll see if anything comes up haha. Thanks for the advice. BRO you put the go pro on but didn't have location settings on? It will display a speedo AND a track map so we can see the degrees of the turns you're rat racing on. That would be sick please keep up the content

Cool camera perspective , that 300 is so torquey , or that's how its sounds, like it have no difficulty staying in pipe ,or in power range if you will. What set up you got going on there with fuel tank and cap?

For a 2 stroke it is torquey, yes. Especially with the s3 cylinder head, however it takes away some top end pull. Shame you can't have it all torque and top end in one package! :) Oh and the 5.5 gallons fuel tank and cap comes stock on the gasgas.

Gasgas stop selling those in 2006. Unforutnately now you can only buy used ones :(

​@@danitkristensen296 The gasgas is faster and handles better. But there's no spare parts for it anywhere. The blaster has an endless source of aftermarket parts to improve performance and rebuild. But keep in mind that the blaster is pretty small, if you are a tall guy you won't fit in it. If you have the money, get a banshee or a trx250r instead. Don't get me wrong, the GasGas is great, but if something breaks you are f*kd up.
