The sure fire way to tell a 68 Vette from a 69 is the 68 has the push button on the door to (outside)open and the 69 has the latch on the door pull.

Learn something new every day. I know 70’s and 80’s GM trucks to that level of detail, but wasn’t born till 73 so didn’t really start paying attn till late 70’s. First car was a 1977 K5 grandparents gave me the keys to when I was 9

Dennis Collins is a Corvette expert, but John Wohr of JJ Classic Parts in Keller, TX may know more than Dennis. He’s completed hundreds of high end Vette restorations and has been featured in several Gas Monkey episodes. He’s a literal encyclopedia of Vette knowledge.

These are beautiful cars that are badly in need of new owners. I’ve never once seen a car collector that I respect less than this guy, who knows nothing about any of the cars he owns, just that they’re cool and valuable investments. The core law of collecting is “buy what you love” and he’s done the opposite, just in it for the money. May these beautiful survivors find new homes where they are loved and appreciated.
@GNXperimentalКүн бұрын
He's not a collector, he's a flipper that owns a online auction site. You can hear the lust for money in his voice while talking about what the cars may be worth.
