Any completion there is for sure healthy. This channel is something Lindsey and I wanted to do together. I built the company myself and since we have been together she hasn’t really found a place there she could thrive in. This is a place we can call ours. Not really, you should look at the real estate prices of the properties on Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples. They are building a brand new condo complex and Four Seasons Hotel complex, Jeff Bezos and Warren Buffett each bought penthouses there.

Great video! How do you find marinas to stay at? Wondering if there is like a Florida marina directory website or do you just use google? I am assuming you have to call and make a reservation so that you know there will be a slip available?

Great question, there are four different angles I use for this. -Dockwa (great app to find and book slips) -Snag-A-Slip (same kinda app -Local knowledge (dock talk) -Scrolling coastline on Navionics) There may be better ways but that’s what I do. Thanks for the comment and the question.

Pretty sure I made the same face Lindsay did at the exact same time, lol! 🤯 One day I hope to be able to do the Loop, but I have the same feelings/ideas about the river system section too, minus floating through downtown Chicago of course. That looks amazing. I guess I could turn around and do that section twice, making it the official middle of the trip, haha! Anyway, looking forward to more videos, ya’ll seem so humble, sweet, and fun to be around! Hope your channel takes off!

Yeah we actually filmed this as our first video and then the hurricanes happened so we decided to post those first for timing sake to try to stay more current. The Stump Pass video was filmed pre storms as well. Then next week we go back to current happenings with pan handle and our crossing back home from PCB.

You're looking at houses priced over 10-20 million dollars and you think it's crazy that it took 1.3 million dollars to restore the lighthouse? Those individual houses probably had more than a couple million in restoration fees apiece.

I can see restoring it would cost that much. You are talking removing dilapidated materials and then replacing them. And the labor most times is donated by the people doing the restoration project.
