Beau montage, beau sourire, beaux youhou !! C'est ce que j'appelle le bel esprit sportif que doit-être la pêche à la mouche. Pour les 25 morons qui ''dislike'' ce vidéo, je ne les comprend pas.... Keep On ! Dave et Geneviève

I have watched hundreds of You Tube fly fishing videos of steelhead and big trout eating dry flies and this video is, without a doubt, the absolute best fly fishing video I have ever seen! Not only did you have superb top water fishing but you have a pretty lady to fish with you and enjoy the moment. Great job. Were you using a Bomber? What was the day rate for that beat?
@MadDogOutdoors4 жыл бұрын
Wow!! Hope your still at it. More please.
@matttroutman451510 жыл бұрын
How much did you have to pay for your beat on the York, Dartmouth, and St-Jean? Did you fish the Bonaventure at all?
@evadadams10 жыл бұрын
For the Gaspe rivers (York, St-Jean, Dartmouth) the price are around 30$ to 80$/day for Quebec resident, and 60$ -140$ for non-resident. and yes I do fish the Bonaventure every year....
@matttroutman451510 жыл бұрын
That is a very fair price. Was that $60 - $140 for a specific beat or for the entire river? Back in the 1980's when I was fishing the Matane often the price was about $40 p/day for any pool in the river and I could move from one pool to another. Two of my favorites were Grand Tomaganni and La Fosse Rouge.
@evadadams10 жыл бұрын
Matt Troutman 60$ is for the open water (no draw....like the Matane there's many pool you can access) and that's good for the York and the Dartmouth.....140$ is for realy good private beat (2 rods sector at 48h draw, winter draw or if there's rods left at 4h pm the day before you can take them) you and a friend can share few pool and nobody can bother you for the day...... Matane is very nice river.......I like "Cage pool" a lot.......Grand Tomagadi is also a really nice place to be.... go see "saumongaspe.com"

Many fishermen practice a philosophy called "Catch & Release". It basically means you enjoy hooking and playing the fish but you prefer to release it so it will live and maybe others can also enjoy catching it. Also it is a wild salmon. A valuable resource. Atlantic salmon are also raised in pens in bays, lochs, and the ocean specifically for the commercial food industry.
