We got WRs who can't get open, an oline that can't block a parked car, a rookie QB that's improving but cant put out there cuz what said b4 this, and somehow it's AVPs fault. There's no talent on the offensive side of the ball. AVP could scheme up a gameplan of a lifetime against the Niners and still be ineffective cuz the offense is lacking in talent

It's just not true. Jayden Daniels has just as bad of an oline. They put him in gun and use rpos, quick passes to negate the rush. Avp doesn't do that Becuase he's a moron. Y'all gotta stop with this "can't be put out there" he's playing. So weep

@@akhillyz4223 In case you forgotten, Jayden Daniels has one game changing piece that Maye doesn't have... A FRICKING #1 WR!!! Terry McLaurin is easily a top 10 WR in the NFL, and Daniels has him at his disposal. Who's our #1 WR? KB? Douglas? Polk? Thornton? It's fairly easy to put Daniels in the gun and use RPOs, and quick passes to negate the rush because he has a legitimate threat who can work the inside and outside which also leaves the others more room. DCs have to gameplan against game changing WRs like a McLaurin or a Smith, or a Hill. We. Simply. Don't. Have. That. Type. Of. Luxury.

Yesterday's headlines were about how amazing Maye is playing, now in practice.. That is literally, the only thing for the OC tp work on this year, aside from perhaps inventing n OL out of wood.

Giants can get some offense because Jones is mobile. If you star Maye you can call wide roll outs because Maye can throw on the run, and can take off is need be.

⁠@@akhillyz4223i agree, I can’t wait for the Pats to hire their 5 OC in 5 years. Especially, considering no one wanted the job last year. Maybe, they could fire AVP during the year, so they could go through 2 OC in one year. Wouldn’t it be great for your young QB to have had 3 different OC’s in his first 2 years in the league. Im confident that will really help his development. If not, at least that will give Pats fan something else to complain about.

Just train the Ltackle to over protect to the outside to prevent the Q backs blind side. Thats the first rule. Personally I don't know why we hired an inexperienced Head Coach. That's an owner decision.

The start for Maye should be next week. At home, a beatable Miami team with Tua out, Brady calling the game, so the legend seeing the possible heir apparent. You want this kid to start in a winnable home game you think the Jets are winnable? Um, no.

Yes, people need to wake up. Most NFL teams deal with issues on the O line. Even if their starters are decent, they have injuries all the time and have to play multiple backups. It's being used here as an excuse. Pats fans need to stop being stupid and just accept them scoring no points because of the O line. The Jets blitzed them to death with 5 and 6 rushers. The Pats didn't seem to pick even one of them up. That's not an O line problem, that's a poorly coached team.

Fans, don't listen to this drivel. If the Patriots win on Sunday, the coaching staff all of sudden will become geniuses. If they lose (which is likely my in a rebuilding year), they are calling for people's jobs. Furthermore, the team just had to jettison a first round quarterback that had a different OC in three out of his first four pro years; these media clowns are suggesting that the Patriots fire AVP and do OC carousel AGAIN to another first round quarterback. I hope the Patriots don't listen to these idiotic opinions that are being offered in week 4 of a rebuilding year.

Better options?! Ha! That's a joke. They interviewed 11 candidates. NO ONE wanted the job! They settled on van Pelt. What a joke take. Next season will be no different. Without belichick, mayos name carries no weight around the league for staff and players. Mayo was a poor hire. Same for van Pelt.
