You followed Johnnie as he built his deadlift form and technique back up to smash the goal of 705lb in less than 8 weeks. Now Josh Bryant and Johnnie continue the journey to break a world record in Johnnie's age and weight this June.

I Went from 495lbs for 6reps to 600lbs for 1 rep fast in with adding some of josh and Big Johnny Jackson movements. Great stuff!
