Trump's Cult would like nothing better than to cause harm to a member of a jury, to send fear into those having to serve on Trump's other trials. Judge Cannon refused to put a gag order on the trial she is running. Trump has already had others do his dirty work for him, to get around the gag order on this last trial.

I think the polls are off anyways and I think the media are keeping the race closer than it is for the sake of ratings. They've been overestimating Republican support since Roe vs Wade was overturned and they don't seem to be factoring in things that will most likely hurt Republicans/Trump in November.
