Man this is awesome! I'm so so so in love with these characters and world and just how everything oozes with style! I worked in a gas station for quite awhile and this brings back some fond memories for me! I'll be keeping an eye on future projects from you this is sick!

Man, there really is something endearing about how both GGnS shorts play out. I appreciate that it's not trying to be so up its own butt with cynicism like a lot of adult cartoons about the service industry tend to be (not that they're bad, of course). Everyone just kinda exists, with no one to really root for or against, and there's no real lesson to walk away with. It really is just slice-of-life, if a bit absurd and chaotic.

ATHF is definitely a classic, but a lot of the chaos and absurdity comes from forces that disrupt the characters' otherwise "normal" day. Where as with GGnS so far, what we see IS their normal day.

The angles of the shots, the choppiness of the character movements, the inconsistent character models. It’s all so beautiful in a twisted and psychedelic way. I love crude animation and I’m glad the people who work on projects like these are able to get exposed to a wider audience and shown support. This short is funny and well done and I await the next one.

my favorite attention to detail is how accurate all the price tags are. $60+ for a tank of gas, $5 lottery ticket with a $1k max prize. it adds to how routine everything happening really is.

This is absolutely amazing! Literally is so relatable as I also work at a variety store and stock, do lottery, make food and all of that jazz. Every character is so full of life and every customer is unique as you get to know the "regulars" that come in everyday. Also the massive pizza orders LOLOLOL happens all the time during the summer. Also the animator depicted exactly what happens all the time with call in orders whilst also having to deal with a massive line at the register. It can be overwhelming at times but I really like how there's a lot more nuance to the job that shown so well here.
