Belle and Beast actually do it every day. Maybe twice, not quite sure, but they invite us if we happen to see them earlier in the day. I don't think any other characters do that. Our dream is to ride Peter Pan with Peter himself, but we don't think that's allowed.

They where smart to take you guys out a different way so she didn’t have to deal with Gaston. I remember the first time she met the beast in a video and she was scared of her but that very same day they figured out a way to get her more comfortable with the beast by doing the carousel ride with them and that’s where the friendship begins.
