Thanks to Bernard’s biological concept of cancer as a systemic disease, the treatment of cancer is undergoing a paradigm change. Though it’s unfortunate that the escalating cost of ever mushrooming systemic therapy has left uninsured patients in the low income developing countries in serious despair.

Feeding J tube is very helpful in the pre-op setting esp for patients receiving neo-adj chemo.

All the treatment options yet majority pass away. It’s immoral and wrong to put most patients thru all these treatments which in the long run is futile.
