Isn’t it appropriate to say that upper GI and pancreatic cancers being a systemic disease de-novo except for early disease ( T1N0 ) be managed by neo-adj chemo prior to resection ?

Thanks for sharing. My mother in law just had an operation on the subject.Her stomach is swelling and her legs. We are told to do an abdominal scan as the CT scan reveals no leaks.Will appreciate whatever suggestions that can be accorded.
