We can high-end quality meat,avoid the Red meat , a lot of vegetables ,nuts ,beans and whole grains

My wife has one 5 cm. The last 2 places could not get deep enough for a sample. The 1st endoscopy was a normal one and since it didn’t work we tried a different machine at Johns Hopkins but unfortunately they didn’t reach it either or didn’t get enough samples. I am so scared right now, what is the next step?

Darf ich fragen wie Groß der Tumor ist und wo die Lokalisation war. Wurde der Tumor entfernt? Wenn sie 3a Schreiben. Meinen sie die AFIP Klassifikation? Im falle eines GIST des Magens nach AFIP würde der GIST mit knapp 4% Rückfallwahrscheinlichkeit Prognostiziert werden. Was an sich sehr günstig ist. Die Mitoserate würde nach AFIP 3a bei unter 5/50HPF beziffert werden. Was immer sehr gut ist. Wichtig ist wirklich einen guten Chirurgen zu finden der Tumor mit R0 resezieren kann. Und diesen auch wirklich nach Tumorkriterien entfernt. Keine Ruptur etc.

it is as effective as any type of radiation...it depends on the stage of the GIST
