I had a coworker who got her stomach stapled years before we started working together. Let me tell you about the lifelong side effects 😳. She couldn’t tolerate sugar at all - even the natural sugars in carbs. I’m talking about extra emergency clothes in her car for accidents and stopping at McDonalds on her way to work because of uncontrollable blowouts. Do your research folks, avoid the easy way out.

Is this safe for someone who still want to get pregnant? Because as you know with pregnancy unakulia wawili😅. 2. You are saying unakula just 3spoons and you are full, does that give enough nutrients to the body? 3. What was tour psychological or mental state the first few days or one week? What I mean is, food is bae, like ride or die na sio kidogo i eat well well😅. Now, the body must have given some sort of reaction? Trying to fight to get more like it used to? 4. How do you deal with cravings😢😩 5. Finally, just drop the bombshell on us baby girl 😅how much😂😂 ndio tujue tunasavia how much😂. Otherwise, you look, amazing!
