Hi I went to Blossom Bariatrics in Las vegas it cost me like $9999. I had (its not required only if you dont have someone to be there with you after surgery i believe) to pay for a nurse companion for the day after surgery and i dont remember how much it was but it was a few hundred. I didn't have anyone to go with me. it was out patient. They were really nice but it did cost more than if i would have used a surgeon in my home town/ approved thru my insurance. I choose it there because my surgery program where i was felt like it was taking forever, so many hoops to jump.
