Harriet Hill that makes me so happy to hear!! And thank you! It’s not always easy. I’m just trying to find the best way to make it all sustainable and last! My mother got bariatric surgery too (duodenal switch) and it’s been such a blessing! Best of luck to you in your journey!!

I’m glad it could help!! Ugh nausea is the worst!! I finally started seeing an end to it around 6 months post op. I think I share some things that helped me overcome it in my most recent video (6 months post op). Maybe they could help you too! :)
