Chocolate madness (Documentary in English)

Whether they combine improbable flavors or take artistic forms, exceptional chocolates flatter the eye as much as the palate. Some chocolatiers are considered true cocoa jewelers. Like Patrick Roger, elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2000, whose creations are the expression of all desires and all delusions. The camera follows him from his laboratory in Sceaux, where he develops his new recipes, to Ecuador where large cocoas with exceptional aromas are grown. The possibilities are endless, both culinary, cosmetic and pharmacological.
