Putting aside the fact that the Federation rushed the production of these units and neglected to apply sufficient EMP protection, natural pilots just aren't accustomed to basic MS operation yet compared to their coordinator counterparts. If anything, it's no different than when they were still using the old Moebius MAs, they can only do some damage through sheer numbers (is it really necessary for 3 daggers to stab one GINN at once)

You are definitely on to something with the pilot proficiency. Strike Daggers move more clumsily, especially in space where they move more like astronauts floating around. Meanwhile even the basic Ginn have been pulling off some amazing maneuver. Maybe the operating system plays a role too; natural OS are tuned for stability while coordinator OS are tuned for agility?

Coordinator's OS relies on the pilot's own reflexes, which are superior given their artificial enhancement. The natural based OS on the other hand relies on a set of pre-programmed action patterns created based on the battle data collected from Kira's Strike. Because he's a coordinator the movement patterns recorded are naturally more complex and versatile in various combat situations, but since the typical natural pilots aren't capable of his level of reaction speed, the system gets bottlenecked and can only perform up to the pilot's own ability Up until the Federation had mass produced MS, their pilots primarily used Moebius armor, which are essentially space based fighters. Moving around in zero gravity requires a great deal of spatial awareness, something not a lot of pilots had (it's why only a few of them like Mu could use the Moebius Zero) that's especially true when piloting a humanoid machine that functions like an extension of a person

The first rollout Strike Daggers weren't equipped with EMP shielding so they were rendered immobile by ZAFT's Gungnir EMP.They were winning the battle before the EMP came so there's a chance they could've won if the EMP wasnt used.(Though you also have to take into account the prescence of Rau Le Creuset and Yzak Joule)

ピンク＞グリーン＞イエローの順で収束率というか、焼き切る力が強いのかなって推察します。　イージスは独特な形状のビーム発振器のせいでちょっと弱くて、ストライクダガーは集団射撃戦に重きを置いているので、コストダウンされて弱いサーベルなのかなと。

ストライク・ダガー地球連合軍初の量産型ＭＳ本来の正式名はただのダガーだけだったが、唯一奪取されなかったのと高い戦果を挙げたストライクの名前とカラーリングが与えられて、ストライク・ダガーになった当初の予定では、ストライカーパック準拠、イーゲルシュテルン２門、ビームサーベル２本という予定であったが、量産を優先したために簡略化されているある意味、本来の姿は１０５ダガーである
