It was really thoughtful of you that you made such a video for us. Every thing whatever you said I sincerely agree with you but, I believe one should sleep early like around 11:00pm or 10:30pm and wake up early by 5:00 5:30 6:00 whatever, rather than sleeping late. Thank you 😊💪🏻👍🏼
