@@brajesh5635 rbr sir's lectures are freely available on youtube and i cannot recommend you to buy this course only but i am watching his lectures in unacademy. Along side the lectures he also gives lot of pyq's to solve so i recommend unacademy. Note that he left unacademy but his lectures recordings are available. And for subjects like toc, cd (cse paper subjects) venkat rao sir is literally best so his lectures are also on unacademy. So i took it. Even though it is possible to get extremely good rank without buying a course too. So it's based on your decision. If you can afford buy it. If not completely not a problem. There are still many resources available.
